Experience Delivering Tele-practice Services among Upcoming and Working Professionals of Speech Language Pathology

Abstract Introduction Since the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, tele-practice has become new normal in field Speech-Language Pathology. Students and professionals throughout country are embracing this normal. Both groups confront problems; documentation problems may provide insight into how to improve services. Aim The purpose study was compare that undergraduate students, postgraduate working Pathology experience daily practice. Methods A descriptive cross-sectional survey using a web-based questionnaire conducted examine obstacles experienced by students speech-language pathology, as well their perspectives about tele-practice. There total 20 questions. Divided four sections, closed questions Likert scale were used for demographic details, practice aspects, during telerehabilitation, evaluation treatment. Results had 118 participants (47% 29% 24% professionals). Only 16% clinicians properly trained services via tele-mode. All reported providing service pediatric population be challenging, with autism spectrum disorder, fluency disorders, hearing impairment difficult handle cases.
